About the Myrtle Ridge Floor Plan:

  • The Myrtle Ridge is a delightful 4 bedroom home full of charm. It keeps the flagship Kitchen, Dining, Living and Stair Hall configuration we love from the Century Oak, but it has a charming asymmetrical front elevation.
  • The Front Porch is gracious and welcoming and has plenty of space for outdoor living.
  • The Primary Bedroom is on the first floor, and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, along with a loft for a playroom, library, or lounging area.
