Great for a quick and easy lunch
I love this simple tortilla cake for a quick lunch too. I can make it quickly and feel very satisfied.

- 12 Tortillas (I used Mission Carb Balance)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 TBS Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 TBS butter
- Mix Cream Creese and Everything Bagel seasoning using a hand mixer.
- Spread a layer of mixture on each of 12 tortillas, stacking them as you go.
- Cut the “cake” into 6 wedges with a serrated knife.
- Melt butter in a skillet and grill all 3 sides of each wedge until golden brown.
- Serve as a simple side for a soup or as a quick lunch.
