  • The kitchen island is 4’x 11′
  • The tub in the Primary Bath has been replaced with a larger shower and Linen Closet, and this bath now has a makeup vanity.
  • This version is reversed (from original Live Oak plan).

If this is the case, a design professional or licensed engineer can assist in bringing the plans up to your local building code.


All foundations should be designed by a local Structural Engineer for the specific local and site conditions.
